Bimmer INVASION presents the INVASION of Los Angeles! This event caters to BMW enthusiasts and focuses on bringing the BMW community together. Some of the day’s festivities include a judged car show, burnout & exhaust competitions, drag racing, and an award ceremony to conclude the day. All of your favorite vendors will be onsite showcasing their latest and greatest products and services!

Event LineUp
The Main Event
The INVASION of Los Angeles features a judged car show PRESENTED BY BIMMERCIRCUIT. All registered vehicles, including vendor booth cars, are eligible to receive awards. This event will also showcase a VIP Section, boasting some of the country’s top tier builds. If you’re interested in being a VIP show car, you must apply for approval.
There will also be an Exhaust competition PRESENTED BY ACTIVE AUTOWERKE, and a Burnout Competition PRESENTED BY CONTINENTAL TIRE. Both of these competitions will take place in the Irwindale Speedway burnout box. Lastly, the day will conclude with an awards ceremony.
Disclaimer: These VIP photos are from the INVASION of Orlando, which is an indoor facility. Irwindale does not offer an indoor aspect, so vehicles will be displayed outside in a designated area.
VIP Section
Are you ready for the VIP experience? We are looking for unique and tastefully done builds to showcase at Irwindale Speedway in a designated section. VIP show cars will be more spread out, optimizing the opportunity for media coverage. All VIP vehicles must be approved and spots are LIMITED. All VIP applications are due on Monday July 3rd. If you apply after July 3rd, you will be placed on a waitlist, but please note that we will be considering vehicles that applied on-time before considering late submissions.

Show & Shine (BMW Parking)
Are you ready to polish up your Bimmer and show it off to fellow enthusiasts? This is the proper lot for you! Each ticket covers the driver. All passengers in your vehicle must purchase a spectator ticket. All Show & Shine members are eligible to receive awards, and may also register for the exhaust competition, along with the burnout competition. *NOTE* all exhaust competition and burnout competition participants must apply for a spot (spaces are limited).

Who’s going to be the first burnout king/queen of the INVASION of Los Angeles? Apply to enter into the burnout competition presented by Continental Tire. Registration will be filled on a first come, first serve basis (limited to 15 spots). The crowd will be the judge of who wins the competition. The winner will receive a SET OF NEW TIRES from Continental Tire.
Interested in showcasing your exhaust setup? Apply for the exhaust competition presented by Active Autowerke. All participants must apply for registration (limited to 15 spots). We cannot have duplicate setups enter the contest, so registration will be contingent on approval and filled on a first come, first serve basis. The crowd will be the judge of who wins the competition.
For the first time ever, Bimmer INVASION is offering drag racing presented by LiquiMoly. This gives participants an opportunity to enjoy some side-by-side action on Irwindale’s ⅛ mile drag strip. Space is limited to the first 100 vehicles. Register TODAY!

What is the event?
This event caters to BMW enthusiasts and focuses on bringing the BMW community together. How long is the event?
The show starts at 11:00 AM and concludes at 6:00 PM.
Is this car show only for BMW’s?
Yes. However, the only exceptions are MINI, Rolls-Royce, MK5 A90/A91 Supra’s. Non-BMW’s can park in the spectator lot.
How much do tickets cost?
General Admission $30, Show & Shine $50, Drag Racing $75 (car show entry included), VIP $100
Can I leave the show early?
Show cars are permitted to leave early, however, vehicles must remain stationary until ready to exit. Spectators (general admission parking) may come and go as they please. We must minimize traffic in the show area(s).
If I don't have a show car, do I still need a ticket to get into the show?
Yes. Spectators must purchase a ticket for entry. Kids 12 & under are free.
Are tickets available to purchase at the gate?
Tickets at the gate are not guaranteed to be available on the day of the show. All tickets are LIMITED and we recommend purchasing your ticket ASAP (online) before they sell out.
Are pets allowed at the venue?
No pets are allowed.
Do you have any hotel/lodging recommendations nearby?
Yes we have partnered with hotel(s) in the area for a group rate.

Are kids free to attend?
Yes, kids 12 & under are free.
Are tents and grills allowed?
Only approved vendors may set up tents. Grills are prohibited on premises.
Will there be food available for purchase?
Yes there will be a multitude of food vendors on-site.
Is there alcohol sold on-site?
Yes there will be alcohol available for purchase on-site.
Is early entry permitted?
No, early entry will be denied. Please arrive at your designated time.
Are tickets refundable?
No. Per FOAT & the venue’s policy, all sales are final.
Are tickets transferable?
No tickets are not transferable.
Can a non-BMW enter the car show?
No. This is a show focused on all things BMW. We reserve the right to deny access to non-BMWs in the show area (exception A90/91 Supra, Mini, Rolls-Royce).
Do I have to pay for parking?
No, parking is not an additional fee. It is included in your ticket price.
Can I park with my club?
Vehicles who arrive together, can park together. However, it is not guaranteed.
Do I need a helmet to participate in drag racing?
Yes. If your vehicle has been modified, you must use an approved helmet (SNELL 2015 or newer).
Are helmets available for rent?
No, helmets are not available for rent at this time.
Will there be vendors on-site?
Yes. We will have approximately 60 vendors on-site all catering to the BMW community.
How do I apply for VIP?
Please apply at bimmer-invasion.com or send us an email submission (info@bimmer-invasion.com). Spots are limited to 50. The selection process takes 30 days. Applications are due by July 3rd.
How do I become a sponsor?

What time do I need to be there if my vehicle will be on display?
Show & Shine roll in times start at 9:00 AM. Early access will be denied.
If I am visiting the show, where can I park?
All spectator parking will be on the oval trackside of the venue. Parking will be on the track itself, along with the neighboring parking lots.
Will there be bathrooms available?
Yes. There are brick & mortar bathrooms by the drag strip area, and there will be porta potties in the show area.
Are drones permitted on-site?
No. Unauthorized drones are not allowed on-site without special permission.
Are booth cars eligible to receive awards?
Yes. All show car vehicles, including booth cars, are judged and eligible to receive awards including drag racing, burnout competition, and exhaust competition participants.
